Birthdays always seem to be a time of deep reflection for me. In my last post I shared the happiness and success that have come my way during the past year. I'm so thankful for the friends, neighbors, family members, and colleagues that have been there to share those things with me, help me, and encourage me. None of it would mean anything without you!
There is a flip side, of course, today I reflect upon the challenges that have come my way (since my last birthday) and how I dealt with them. While I will not list them here, I will record the goals that came from this soul searching. They are simple but very much needed....
